Testimonials

Program Manager, Somatic Healing Session, North York Women's Centre (NYWC)

Our staff and community members loved Anika’s session! She guided us through gentle, grounding movement and dance that brought laughter, connection, and a sense of peace. We can’t wait to have her back for more programs.

Program Coordinator, Wellness and Allyship Workshop, Government of Ontario

Anika delivered two workshops to an audience of emerging and current leaders. In this virtual setting, Anika created a safe and open space for reflection. Anika also invited participants to take action and commit to change through the use of different techniques, including breakout rooms, which allowed participants to freely express themselves, and contribute in a comfortable setting.  Through a powerful self-actualization exercise, participants were encouraged to “show up for themselves” by repeating a series of affirmations. This part of the workshop was a thoughtful way to provide inspiration, motivation, and confidence in being able to be an ally to the self and to others. It was an absolute pleasure working with Anika. She was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to facilitating difficult conversations that challenge the hearts and minds of attendees. We look forward to working with Anika again on future leadership programming.
