Refund & Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

Each session is a sacred exchange of time, energy, and presence. To honour both our commitments, please review the following guidelines:
 

For Individual Sessions

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Once a session has taken place, refunds are not available.

For Group Classes, Workshops, or Series

• Payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future offering with 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled start.

• In the rare case that I need to reschedule, you’ll receive the option of a new date or a full refund.
